Alternative Frozen Burger (AFB) is an Italian company based in Turin, Italy, that has been producing innovative frozen recipes with original recipes and raw materials selected at origin since 2015.

AFB produces and markets meat, vegetable and fish products from certified fishing organisations, obtained through a reliable and safe production system that combines qualified personnel with the latest technologies.

AFB's concern for the environment is evidenced by the numerous certifications it holds. In fact, the company is inspected and certified by the ASC, Aquaculture Stewardship Council, IFS and MSC, Marine Stewardship Council, which monitor the use of sustainable seafood products and guarantee well-managed fisheries that respect the oceans.

The company has also launched a line of organic products certified by Bioagricert, a control body authorised by the MiPAAF IT BIO 007, and 100% of the electricity used by the company is produced from renewable and certified sources, as evidenced by the EcoEnergy certification. SFB's mission is to innovate the offer in the food sector, without forgetting environmental sustainability.
Mittico is a brand of AFB (Alternative Frozen Burger), a company founded with the idea of revolutionising the world of fish, simplifying its consumption but at the same time enhancing its quality.

This is why it created the first fish burger: without bones, easy to cook, and above all from carefully selected raw material from sustainable fishing and farming.

From the very beginning, attention to the environment has been one of the company's founding values, as evidenced by the many certifications.

In 2020 AFB launches another innovative product, the first fish sausage: fresh, tasty and immediately ready.
