Founded as a bakery in Piedmont in 1974 by Secondino, Pasticceria BRUSA evolves over the years diversifying and expanding its business to become a reality in expansion in Italy and abroad. Respect for tradition, skilled artisanship and the use of the best raw materials are the values that distinguish Pasticceria BRUSA.

Quality and tradition have been the BRUSA Bakery’s guiding principles since 1974. Located in the northwest Italian province of Piedmont, BRUSA draws upon the rich “Piedmontese” culinary history, specializing in artisanal baked goods and pastries made according to recipes passed-down from generations: breadsticks, Panettone, traditional Italian Easter cake and a host of other fresh-baked products. BRUSA reaches its customers through small and large retailers as well as through wholesalers and major distributors throughout Italy and worldwide. The Company is also active in the European food service (HORECA) and vending machine markets. BRUSA is IFS certified as well as certified for the production of organic goods.
