In 1978 De Stefano’s Family founded CREA, one of the most important realities in producing and working chocolates and dry fruits.
During these forty years the factory has taken an important direction, marked by brave and accurate choices: the direct follow-up of the entire process – starting from the cocoa bean, arriving to the chocolate – pursuing the production autonomy together with the sustainability.

Our products are the natural ingredients used to make ice creams, panettone cakes, cookies, pastries, chocolates and all sweet products at both an industrial and artisanal level. The processing method we developed allows us to adapt them to the specific needs of our customers. We select our dried fruit suppliers by personally making visits to the best companies of the industry worldwide and make our decisions based on the quality and reliability offered.
