Eurocaf, Italian roasting company, was born in Turin in 1959 importing green coffee from the best coffee farmers in the world. The founder was Mr. Tuberga Senior who transferred to his son Angelo, the current CEO of the company, the passion for the artisan coffee and his valuable knowledge.
The secret of the quality of our blends lies in the meticulous selection of the best origins and their purchase through reliable traders. Eurocaf has chosen to roast its own coffee slowly (approximately 20 minutes) and at low temperatures (210/220 °C): this prevents damage and gives a uniform result from the outside to the core. We have also adopted a unique method of cooling the beans using air. This produces beans with very low humidity, and therefore a higher final yield.
We export our Made in Italy in more than twenty countries all over the world thanks to our two brands,
Eurocaf and Tuberga Coffee, and we maintain the same working process respecting the true tradition of Italian Espresso.
In 1998 Eurocaf was one of the first Italian companies to obtain the certification to produce organic coffee EU Reg. 2029/91 organic farming, and since then the Bio Eurocaf and Tuberga Coffee blends, are controlled by accredited certification bodies.
Our company is committed daily to guarantee not only high quality standards but also sanitary hygiene standards, through the choice of a voluntary path of ISO 22000 certification, an international reference standard for food safety.
We offer to our customers a wide range of high-quality blends, single origins and the best organic coffees, made specifically for any channel of interest: Ho.Re.Ca.,Retail and Vending. In addition, our Private Label production aims at the complete satisfaction of the requesting companies.
