TEO&BIA is a family-run company that strongly believes in healthy and organic food. In 2004 we opened a bakery that proposes foods with the most natural ingredients and less manipulated by the food chemistry.
We make organic products, without the use of milk and wheat to satisfy also those who have food intolerance, using, for instance, alternative flours such as rice, rye, spelled and kamut.
Our philosophy of respect for nature, resources and people led us to the creation of TEO&BIA hazelnut cream, our product of excellence, made with only three ingredients: hazelnuts, cane sugar and unsweetened cocoa. Our cream does not contain milk, gluten or soy lecithin, and it is certificated organic, vegan and gluten-free.
Some years later we expanded our offer with the creation of TEO&BIA almond cream, made with two ingredients: almond and cane sugar, with the same certifications of our hazelnut cream.
Our products received various honors and awards, and are now sold in Italy, French and the Arab Emirates.
