Meltz is proud to give latin american comunities living in Europe the possibility of consuming and promote latin american flavours of food made in Italy. We develop products and commercialize food products in italian factories, made by italians, with latin american recipes. At th moment Meltz is producing and commercializing Argnetinian traditional flavored sausagges with italian pork meat (suino pesante filiera prosciutto di Parma) and traditional blood sausages to the best Argentinian restaurants in the country. Untill a year ago this products where imported from Spain, and now we make them in Italy. There is a prohibition to import this products from Argentinia but also from another latin american countries. We specialice in developing recipes that our costumers percive as authentic (flavour). At the moment we produce 3 products for the argentinian restaurants, 1 for Peruvian and 1 for Colombia but there is a lot more coming soon. We also sell to meat importers in Italy and in Holland. At the same time, we commercialize selectd italian meats that are suitable for Barbaque and elaborated following argentinian traditional way of cuting the meat.
