OLIVERI EMILIO is an Italian artisan food company that prepares homemade high quality preserves in extra vergin olive oil.
Our peculiarity is the short supply chain in which our carefully chosen raw materials from Piedmont and Italy are processed just after harvest. We pay specific attentions to innovation, as proof we have the new recipe of the porcini mushrooms in extra vergin oil now steam cooked, in order to offer a more genuine and authentic flavor.
Our efforts, made us receive a reward with the title of Eccellenza Artigiana (Excellence in Craftmanship) by Piemonte Region and we have been recently included in the first 50 best food artisans in the last book of the famous Italian food and wine journalist Davide Paolini “Alla scoperta del gusto Italiano”.
