Activity description

ORYZA loves and shares the organic values, with a special consideration to the control of the production chain, the use of local raw materials, the search for innovations (such as the 100% Italian lentil cakes), spreading the organic philosophy.
ORYZA is located in Vercelli, Piemonte, in the traditional area of Italian rice cultivation. We produce 100% organic and gluten free rice and cereal cakes.
ORYZA'S distinguish points in the competitive market of cakes/waffels are: innovation; mastering all the rice sector (rice fields farming, milling, production of rice cakes); use of Italian gluten-free raw materials, with a special inclination to local raw materials (such as Piemonte rice, Piedmont and Lombardia corn, Italian hemp), or European (buckwheat); 100% "allergen free" and organic, certified IFS & BRC; rice/corn cakes made from whole Italian rice (not broken)/corn; recipes with all gluten free organic cereals: corn, rice, black rice, red rice, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, chia seeds; creative gourmet recipes using, for example, flax seeds, hemp seeds, herbs, spices and tomato seeds for unique cakes; flexible production in recipes, format and weight.
