Activity description
PRINCIPATO DI LUCEDIO has an history spanning almost nine centuries. It occupies an area of 500 hectares within a Regional Park, which was the first place in Italy where rice has been cultivated. Moreover we cultivate the most appreciated and selected varieties of rice: Carnaroli, Arborio, Roma, Vialone Nano.
PRINCIPATO DI LUCEDIO proposes also other rice varieties: Black, Red, Whole, Selenio an Italian variety for sushi.
We also have a line of 12 quick risotti mixed with dehydrated vegetables.
Among our specialities you will also find: biscuits made of rice flour, cereals, legumes and different kind of flours.
