With over a hundred years of farming experience, in 2013 we gave life to an ambitious and exciting project to produce artisan pasta made exclusively from durum wheat grown in piedmont (italy), using the artisan methods of bronze drawing and slow drying.
in order to create our pasta the bossolasco family went down to the fields, literally, to select three varieties high-quality durum wheat. These characteristics allow us to realise a product that stays firm and allows the consumer to appreciate the true flavour of the wheat.
Our family's roots lie in savigliano countryside, a land of great agricultural tradition, caressed by winds and made fertile by a harmonious alternation of sun and rain, heat and cold.
