Rayonics traces its roots in the early 80s when the ScanVision® technology was first developed by a team of engineers under the leadership of Rayonics founder.
In the early 90s this team pioneered X-Ray foreign body detection in baby-food glass jars installing 37 units between 1992 and 1995.
Powered by the ScanVision® software, a complete X-ray inspection range was developed and took worldwide visibility.
In 2013, as a result of a partnership with another manufacturer, the company expanded its products range with a complete line of Flat Belt systems.
Today, Rayonics products are the combination of millions of hours of in line inspection experience, gained thanks to hundreds of installations worldwide, and constant innovation and improvements to our state-of-the-art software. These factors are what give Rayonics an edge over its competitors and allow the company to be extremely competitive in the current market.
To keep its competitive edge, the company is releasing a wide array of cloud-based solutions that will be able to handle industrial processes data collected from its X-ray control systems, increasing product quality, traceability and guaranteeing a high level of cyber security.
