The patisserie MARTINI produces pastry specialties, according to recipes that have been handed down by the grandfather MARTINI, following Piedmont traditional recipes. Our most popular products are the soft “Amaretti” that we offer in different varieties including the classic taste with sweet and bitter almonds, those with hazelnuts and chestnuts, cappuccino, pears and walnuts, Barolo chinato and Moscato DOCG.
We also offer a selection of soft fruit Amaretti in eight different flavors: apricot, peach, apple, coconut, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and banana with real fruit pulp and those with lemon juice. This soft and airy version of Italian Amaretto is a specialty of our land, the south Piedmont, based on almonds and eggs white without gluten as stated in the ancient original recipe.
Our production also includes “Cuneesi” chocolates in different variety of flavors, “Tartufi” white and black sweet chocolate truffles and the biscuits Bacio Italiano and Biscotto di Clavesana. Our products are at disposal for private label.
For some years we have been recognized as a representative artisan company of Piedmontese excellence and in 2019 we have added the prestigious "IFS Certification".
