For over 60 years Molino F.lli CHIAVAZZA has been producing soft wheat flour and packaging a large flour-based range of products for domestic consumption.
Nowadays Molino CHIAVAZZA is one of the most important national grain processing industries and a leading producer of flours for domestic consumers and professional use, packaged with own brands or private labels.
It has two productive establishments: one in Casalgrasso (CN), where it produces and packs soft wheat flours (300 t per day of flours capability) and one in Pancalieri (TO), where flours, bran, corn semolina and different alimentary specialties are manufactured: yeast and baking powders in sachets, mixes for breads, extruded products, mixes for cakes, puddings and instant creams, chestnut flour, soy flour.
